Position: Auction House Gallery Assistant (Full-Time, Part-Time, Internships Available)

What We Offer:

• Full-Time Positions: Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm
• Part-Time Positions: Friday to Sunday, 10am to 7pm.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily operations of the auction house gallery.
• Support the planning and execution of auctions and direct sales events.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and artists.
• Maintain and organize gallery and auction spaces.
• Assist in cataloging and preparing items for auction and sale.
• Monitor and manage inventory.
• Source and secure auction consignments.

Requirements:

• Able to join immediately.
• Friendly, approachable, and well-groomed, with a high degree of honesty and integrity.
• Passion for art, auctions, and retail.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated and able to work without close supervision.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sophisticated environment.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English preferred.
• Prior experience in retail or a similar role is a plus.
