Description :

Job Description : (PREFERED CHINESE)

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Manage to prepared minute meeting and proposal
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Maintain contact lists

Job Requirement :

  • With minimum 1 Year experience working in Admin or similiar position in any industry.
  • Aswer the telephone, relays messages, and maintain equipment and supplies.
  • Responsible, teamwork and good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
