Description :

Pitching, Campaign & Proposal

• Participate in pitching, campaign and proposal projects.
• Research industry-related topics and identify clients' needs.
• High involvement in project brainstorming with the team.
• Coordinate and involve in small scale and large-scale projects.
• Comes out with content ideation and sets creative strategy for client’s project.
• Develop and conceptualise strategy outlines of contents of cross medium & single medium channels.
• Develop production timeline and content calendar.
• Develop contents aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets.
• Involve in client servicing.

Execution

• Involve in video-shooting for various industries, products and services.
• Involve in video production of digital, traditional content.
• Operate various cameras or devices to shoot desired video contents.
• Editing and retouching video to enhance the quality and remove any flaws or errors.
• Curate in the preparation and execution of creative content.
• Conduct content quality control, scheduled and published the content on selected channels.
• Stay abreast of new trends in content and technology in the editing and motion graphic.
• Execute any add-ons tasks as assigned by the company from time to time.

Content Management

• Monitor the content performance and make necessary adjustments if needed.
• Monitor project milestone
• Monitor content KPI achievement
• Measuring web traffic to content
• Responds to comments and engages with the audience on social media platforms (own page).

Team Coordination

• Coordinate with Strategist and Production Team for any project enquiry.
• Work closely with Strategist and Production Teams and responsible for output quality works.

Reporting

• Execute in brand competitor watch data, page comments and review data.
• Prepare monthly reporting.
• Content performance report
• Insights and finding of the content performance.
• Creative content recommendation and contagious looking for improvement.

Development

• Stay up-to-date and generate new ideas from time to time.
• Implement new content and ideas whenever suitable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
