Kerja Kosong Sales Admin in Kota Bharu
Description :
- Greet customers and make them feel welcome.
- Maintain a clean, organized and comfortable.
- Be attentive to customers, providing answer to any questions.
- Ensure a good fit for the customer and the product.-
- Restock items that are running low and maintain proper display appearances.
- Assist with inventory counts and placement of new products including new in store or window displays.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns calmly for example to solve the problem in the best ways.
- Ensure customers are well informed on any current sales and store return policy.
- Process payment by using cash register, credit card machines or online transfer.
- Set daily schedule for services team and follow up after they attend the services.
- Make sure the services reports always updated.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
