Requirements

• Certificate in Site Safety Supervisor Course (Certified by Niosh)
• At least 2 - 5 years in a safety-related role, preferably in construction
• Candidate must possess a yellow book (Certified by JKKP)
• Candidates may need to travel and work during odd-hours occasionally

Responsibility

• Dealing with local authorities for the necessary application and inspections
• Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures
• Conduct toolbox meeting with site workers/subcontractors
• Initiate and organize OHS training of employees and executives
• Conduct regular inspections of worksite
• Correcting any unsafe acts, unsafe condition and unsafe practices at work area
• Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle worker’s compensation claims
• Prepare and maintain safety records, reports and documentation to management and regulatory bodies
• Assist and advice Safety & Health Committee members
• To ensure compliance with OSHA/FMA and other statutory requirements pertaining to safety issues at site

• Pay: RM4,000.00 per month
• Note: You are required to stay at the project location (Accommodation will be provided)

Experience:

• Site Supervisor / Site Safety Supervisor: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Site Safety Supervisor Registration Certificate with DOSH (Preferred)
