Job Responsibilities:

• Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the warehouse team, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.

• Ensuring the proper maintenance and organization of the warehouse, including stock control, inventory management, and space utilization.

• Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators, such as inventory accuracy, order fulfilment rates, and warehouse productivity.

• Implementing and enforcing safety and security protocols to maintain a safe and secure working environment.

• Liaising with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.

• Providing training and development opportunities for the warehouse team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

• Generating and analyzing reports to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, stock management, and logistics processes.

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise, train, and motivate staff.

• Good understanding of safety, health, and security regulations in a warehouse environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in KPI monitoring and performance improvement.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with crossfunctional departments.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for reporting and data analysis.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges effectively.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
