Description :

Facilities Technicians are responsible for the operation and maintenance of buildings and equipment. They monitor operations daily. They oversee systems that include heating, lighting, air conditioning, plumbing, waste treatment, air filtering, and electrical systems.

• Perform duties related to the maintenance service and support to all facility and plant equipment’s, including clean room system, air conditioning system, CDA, electricity, de-ionized water and PCW system.
• Monitor building monitoring system (BMS) & attend to any issues related for centralized HVAC, PCW & CDA.
• Perform monitoring, checking & maintenance for sewage treatment plant.
• Execute preventive maintenance (PM) schedules of equipment and ensure all are in good condition at all time.
• Perform troubleshoot, minor repair work for the factory building.
• Prepare daily shift report related to all facilities system.
• Assist & monitor outsource vendor for facilities maintenance/repair/upgrading work.
• Assist Engineer & Manager for ad-hoc works requested by facilities or another department.
• Support for network & fire-fighting system facilities.
