Job Discriptions:
 General administration with responsibility for accounting tasks
 Answering call, manage in/out incoming document
 Handling email and other correspondence
 Maintain organized filling systems, updating databases and preparing reports
 Key-in data for vetting staff using system e-sims
 Manage inventory stock uniforms and accessories. Ordering supplies, managing office equipment and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office.
 Assisting with project coordination, event planning and other tasks as needed
 Able to handle incoming document tender

Requirements:
 23 years old & above
 Minimum qualification of SPM
 Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in administration
 Able to use Microsoft Excel/Word & Power Point and other relevant software
 Perform administration, support and order entry jobs
 Able to work in a team environment
 Self-disciplined, helpful, independent and able to work without supervision.
 Have own transportation

Work Condition:
 Typically, a full time
 May require occasional overtime during peak periods.
