Jawatan Kosong Clinical Nurses Nurse Assistance in Kuantan
Description :
- Provide basic patient care or treatments
- Assess patient conditions with accuracy.
- Assist doctor/specialist with nursing procedure in multidisciplinary ward.
- Establish caring and therapeutic relationship with patients.
- Conduct through nursing assessment of patient's physical, psychosocial,culture and spiritual needs.
- Answer patients' calls and determine how to assist them.
