Jawatan Kosong Customer Service Executive in Johor Bahru
Description :
We are currently hiring for a Customer Service Executive role based in Johor Bahru.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, live chat, and emails
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and feedback
- Provide accurate information and deliver excellent customer service
- Work collaboratively with team to achieve KPI
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Good computer literacy and typing skills
- Able to work in a 24/7 shift environment (6 working days)
- Good English communication as this to support another region too.
Basic salary: RM1,900
Night shift allowance: RM300
Working hours: 24/7 shift (6 working days)
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
