CLIENT: CONTRACTOR FOR HOSPITALS
A Project Manager in a hospital contracting environment oversees construction, renovation, M&E, infrastructure, or maintenance projects within healthcare facilities while ensuring compliance with strict hospital standards, safety regulations, and operational continuity.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hospital construction or upgrading projects
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers, and hospital stakeholders
- Monitor project timeline, budget, and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with:
- Ministry of Health (MOH) requirements
- OSHA & safety regulations
- Infection control protocols
- Cleanroom / HVAC standards where applicable
- Attend project meetings and prepare progress reports
- Oversee site activities and contractor performance
- Handle procurement coordination and material approvals
- Ensure minimal disruption to hospital operations during works
- Monitor testing & commissioning before handover
- Manage documentation:
- Progress claims
- Variation orders (VO)
- RFIs
- Site reports
- Handover documents
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
