Kerja Kosong Admin Account Assistant in Kajang
Description :
- Handle daily administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
- Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Monitor and update tenant accounts, including maintenance and service charge collections.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and prepare aging reports.
- Maintain proper records of expenses, utilities, and maintenance costs.
- Liaise with tenants, contractors, and service providers on administrative matters.
- Support property management team in daily operations and coordination.
- Ensure proper filing and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
