Jawatan Kosong Admin Account Assistant in Kajang

Description :

  • Handle daily administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
  • Monitor and update tenant accounts, including maintenance and service charge collections.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and prepare aging reports.
  • Maintain proper records of expenses, utilities, and maintenance costs.
  • Liaise with tenants, contractors, and service providers on administrative matters.
  • Support property management team in daily operations and coordination.
  • Ensure proper filing and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
