Description :
Position: Warehouse Executive
Location: Petaling Jaya
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily warehouse activities, including inventory management, order processing, and stock control.
Ensure accuracy in inbound and outbound shipments, including proper documentation.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment to prevent shortages.
Conduct regular inventory audits and stock counts to maintain accuracy.
Lead, train, and motivate the warehouse team to enhance operational efficiency.
Assign tasks and oversee workflow to ensure smooth daily operations.
Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Coordinate pickups and deliveries with transport providers.
Prepare and submit detailed reports on inventory, stock movements, and key metrics to management.
Identify and address operational discrepancies and inefficiencies.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:
Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
