Location : Malacca, Johor and Kuala Lumpur

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Identify potential clients in the furniture market, visiting them to understand their needs
• Showcase the range of furniture products, highlighting features and benefits
• Work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements for custom furniture solutions
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
• Facilitate the smooth processing of orders, coordinating with production and logistics teams
• Provide post-sales assistance, addressing any concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Stay informed about trends in furniture design and preferences to align offerings with market demands
• Liaise with the design team to communicate customer preferences and contribute to product development
• Represent the company at furniture trade shows to promote products and expand the customer base
• Regularly report sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the management team

Requirement :

• Knowledgeable about Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Previous sales experience in the furniture or related industry or else
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction
• Willing to learn about product or furniture manufacturing processes and materials
• Appreciation for design aesthetics and the ability to convey design concepts to clients
• Strong negotiation skills for securing favorable deals
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Willingness to travel and work outdoors as needed
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, especially the design and production teams
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with team, work independently, responsive and informative
• Required language : MANDARIN,BAHASA, ENGLISH
• At least 1-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Language : BAHASA , MANDARIN , ENGLISH
• Contract basis for 3 months and will confirm as permanent staff if performance is satisfactory
