Jawatan Kosong Management Trainee Operation in Kota Kinabalu
Description :
OPERATION DEPARTMENT:
1. To do and assisting fit out and facility managers on any tasks given.
2. To liaise with government officers and do online submission for Mall license renewal
3. To make sure all maintenance service reports from contract services in good order
4. To do monthly reports for Electricity and LPG Meter reading
5. Assisting on any purchasing matters when needed
6. To assist on BOMBA related tasks
7. To do any scanning, filing, photocopy and handling email for daily tasks
MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT:
1. Assisting to arrange tasks for Maintenance General team
2. To do monthly duty roster for Maintenance departments and post in group daily
3. To compile data on electricity and water
4. To assist on Maintenance inventory.
5. To issue work order for Maintenance.
6. To do filing and records for any Maintenance related documents
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
