Description :
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and budgetary constraints.
- Developing innovative design concepts and presenting them to clients using 2D/3D visualization tools.
- Creating detailed design plans, including space layouts, color schemes, material selection, and furniture recommendations.
- Preparing accurate project estimates and quotations based on client specifications.
- Collaborating closely with client and in house designer teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of projects.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- You have a minimum of two year's of relevant interior design experience / Formal design education.
- Atleast SPM and above educational qualification for malaysian applicants
- You have handled projects end-to-end - sales, design and execution.
- Ability to communicate thoughts and ideas effectively.
- Preferred:
- Knowledge of AutoCad or ArchiCad or Revit (or other BIM softwares)
- Experience in 3D modelling and rendering software's is an added advantage.
- Strong visualization and conceptualization abilities.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
