Description :
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and escort customers to their tables.
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked.
- Prepare tables by setting up silverware.
- Offer menu recommendations upon request.
- Up-sell additional products when appropriate.
- Take accurate food and drinks order.
- Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff.
- Serve food and drinks orders.
- Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems.
- Arrange table settings and maintain tidy dining area.
- Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Hospitality or Food Management. (REQUIRED)
- Proven work experience as a Waiter. (at least ONE (1) YEAR) (REQUIRED)
- Attentiveness and patience for customers.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Able to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Active listening and effective communication skills.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
