Tanggungjawab Utama:
- Memberikan khidmat pelanggan yang mesra dan responsif dengan membalas pertanyaan di media sosial dengan pantas dan tepat.
- Mengemaskini iklan produk di platform e-dagang dan memastikan setiap maklumat produk terkini.
- Mengendalikan jualan secara atas talian, membantu pelanggan dalam proses pembelian, dan mempromosikan produk dengan kreatif.
- Mengendalikan sesi live di media sosial untuk memperkenalkan produk, menarik minat pelanggan, dan meningkatkan jualan.
Kriteria kelayakan:
- Kemahiran komunikasi yang baik
- Mempunyai kreativiti dalam mengurus content sosial media dan live streaming.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
