Description :

We are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Johor branch in the F&B equipment industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily branch operations including sales, rental, and servicing of F&B equipment
• Lead, supervise, and motivate sales and technical teams to achieve company targets
• Develop and expand new business opportunities within the F&B sector
• Manage and maintain key customer accounts to ensure high service quality and satisfaction
• Monitor stock control, logistics, and inventory management
• Prepare and submit branch performance reports to management
• Ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, and service teams
• Handle customer issues and ensure timely resolution
• Drive branch growth and achieve monthly/annual KPIs

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and/or branch management, preferably in F&B or related industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
• Result-driven, proactive, and able to manage team performance effectively
• Ability to work independently and make operational decisions
• Good understanding of sales strategy and customer relationship management

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: RM8,000 – RM10,000 (based on experience)
