RETAIL ASSOCIATE – LUXURY FASHION BRAND
Join a premium luxury fashion environment and provide high-end customer service to discerning clientele.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and personalized customer service
- Assist customers with product selection, styling, and sizing
- Actively drive sales and achieve individual/store targets
- Perform upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales
- Maintain boutique cleanliness and luxury visual standards
- Handle cashiering and basic stock duties
- Uphold a premium brand image at all times
Working Schedule
- 5 working days per week
- Monthly rotation: 1 day off on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: RM 2,000 – 2,500
- Sales commission provided
Requirements
- Good spoken English
- Well-groomed and presentable appearance
- Experience in luxury or fashion retail is an advantage
- Mandarin-speaking candidates are a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
