Description :
Clinical Practice:
- Provides direct patient care withinStandard Operating Procedure (SOP).
- Demonstrates knowledge and clinical assessment skills appropriate to clinical area.
- Documents nursing interactions in patient’s clinical record and ensures confidentiality.
- Promotes continuity of patient care through verbal and written communication.
- Takes direct and appropriate action in urgent and emergency situations.
- Completes assigned responsibilities within established organizational, departmental, and divisional specific guidelines, policies, procedures, standards, and protocols.
- Demonstrates effective communication and collaboration skills when interacting with patients/families, colleagues, other health care team members, and staff of other departments.
- Administration work such as panel claim, notify KKM and etc
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
