Jawatan Kosong Shared Service Coordinator Utility Internet in Kuala Lumpur
Description :
Duties and Responsibilities: -
- Manage and track all utility and internet service applications for expansion premises.
- Prepare, compile, and maintain documentation for utility and internet service applications, relocations, and terminations.
- Act as the liaison between legal counsel, contractors, service providers, and relevant authorities for submissions and approvals.
- Ensure timely processing and submission of monthly utility and internet service payments.
- Track deposits and follow up on applicable refunds.
- Coordinate with service providers and authorities to resolve service disruptions and implement required improvements.
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates to support operational continuity.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates with relevant exposure or experience in shared services, coordination, administration, or facilities-related roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple applications, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle documentation and administrative processes accurately.
- Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including document management and spreadsheets.
Pay: RM2,500.00 per month
