LOCATION : LABUAN
Working Time : 9am-6pm (Monday-Friday)
OT (Saturday-Sunday)
POSITION : Compliance Officer
Job Scope ⬇⬇
1.Monitor and assess the company’s compliance with regulatory requirements.
2.Ensure the company complies with laws, regulations, and industry standards, particularly those set by the relevant authorities (e.g., LFSA).
3.Conduct audits and reviews to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
4.Develop and update compliance policies, procedures, and manuals.
5.Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance issues.
6.Report compliance-related risks and breaches to senior management.
7.Liaise with regulators and auditors as required.
8.Maintain detailed records of compliance activities and audits.
9.Identify areas of potential risk and work with departments to develop solutions.

1.Have knowledge/experience in the field of compliance.
2.Preferred female candidate.
