- Scuba certified: at least Divemaster Certification (Preferred)
- OR Minimum 2yrs experienced in Scuba Diving industry retail sales
- Experience with point-of-sale systems or retail inventory helpful
- Background in customer service with a commitment to delivering
- five-star service
- Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, Malay Excellent selling skill, ability to analyze customer needs in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Ability to troubleshoot customer issues and multitasking, eager to learn
- Groomed appearance and well mannered
- Motivated, Goal Oriented and Love of the Ocean
- able speak Chinese, English and Bahasa Melayu
