Production Line Deputy Manager

Location: NO. 4, Jalan Tun Teja 5, Perdana Industrial Park Klang Selangor 63000 Malaysia

Job Information
Position Responsibilities:

• Ensure the organization, planning, control, and management of space and time within the production department.
• Coordinate across departments, collaborating with Quality, Equipment, Logistics, Technical, Procurement, Sales, Management, Finance, etc., to ensure effective operations of the production department.
• Responsible for personnel allocation, organizational management, and equipment arrangement for the production line.
• Track the progress of the production plan to ensure on-time, quality, and quantity delivery of orders.
• Control production costs (including personnel, tools, scrap, low-value consumables, labor protection, and office supplies).
• Analyze customer and internal quality issues, implement corrective actions, and establish incentive mechanisms.
• Continuously improve the production site to ensure a clean and orderly workshop.
• Improve and maintain all management systems related to production.
• Strengthen safety production control and implementation; strictly enforce safety regulations and production operation procedures to ensure safe production.
• Enhance the team’s management quality through guidance, training, motivation, and coaching.
• Complete temporary tasks assigned by upper management.

Job Requirements:

• Aged between 35-50, with over 5 years of management experience in large enterprises.
• Rich practical experience in production management, cost control, quality management, equipment, logistics, and other factory operations.
• Educational background in mechanical engineering; proficient in mechanical manufacturing and Office software; fluent in Chinese.
• Familiar with IATF16949, ISO14001, project management (PMP), Six Sigma Green Belt, and basic financial knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, good coordination abilities, proactiveness, and innovative thinking.
• Strong organizational, coordination, communication, and execution skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM16,000.00 per month

• Do you have a mechanical engineering educational background and hands-on knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes?
• Are you familiar with IATF16949, ISO14001, project management (PMP), and Six Sigma Green Belt methodologies?
• Do you have proven experience in production cost control, quality management, and cross-departmental coordination (e.g., Quality, Logistics, Procurement, Finance)?
