Key Responsibilities:
- Beverage Services:
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages to visitors only.
- Handle and maintain the coffee machine, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Regularly top up beverages and other refreshments.
- Cleaning Duties:
- Clean and maintain the service area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Dispose of trash and ensure waste bins are emptied regularly.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as needed.
- Wipe down tables, chairs, and other surfaces.
- Customer Service:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ensure customers are comfortable and have refreshments as needed.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of beverages, cleaning supplies, and other essentials.
- Report any shortages or needs to the supervisor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
