Description :
Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day office tasks such as filing, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Manage office supplies, ensuring inventory is stocked and orders are placed as needed.
- Organize and maintain important company documents, both physical and digital.
- Ensure accurate data entry and filing of business-related paperwork.
- Schedule and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Assist in coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements for staff when necessary.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including handling phone calls and emails.
- Assist with basic HR tasks like coordinating interviews and managing employee records.
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Ensure smooth communication between staff and external partners.
- Assist with basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office equipment.
- Help maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma qualification in any relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support working experience in a high paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and good organizational skills.
- Strong communication, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
