Jawatan Kosong Front Desk and Customer Service Executive in Bayan Lepas

Description :

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the front desk contact, handling customer walk-ins and calls professionally.
  • Assist in driving sales conversions by handling inquiries and promoting services.
  • Maintain and manage customer records, payment tracking, and data confidentiality.
  • Ensure the lobby and reception area are clean, safe, and welcoming.
  • Support administrative tasks, ISO documentation, and company events as needed.
  • Assist in business development and other initiatives when required.

Requirements:

  • Working days: 5 days a week (Wednesday to Sunday) (9.30am - 6.30pm)
  • Required languages: English
  • Able to work well in teams
  • Willing to learn and accept new challenges
  • Work location: Bayan Lepas, Penang
  • Relevant experience is preferred (Fresh grads are encouraged to apply)
