Description :

• Cost Estimation: Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for projects, including materials, labor, and overheads.
• Tendering Process: Support the preparation of tender documents and assist in evaluating contractor bids.
• Procurement Support: Help with the selection of contractors and suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and contract terms.
• Cost Management: Track project costs, monitor and report on project expenditure, and help identify potential cost overruns.
• Measurement and Valuation: Assist in measuring and valuing completed work to ensure correct payments are made to contractors.
• Contracts Administration: Support the management of contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly reports for project managers and senior staff, outlining cost status, risks, and forecasts.
• Site Visits: Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, ensure quality, and gather information for cost-related decisions.
• Risk Management: Identify and monitor risks related to project budgets and timeframes and suggest mitigation strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
• Other duties will be assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time
