About the Roles
An established cybersecurity organization is looking for a Sales Director to lead enterprise sales initiatives from its Damansara Utama office. This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm, offering a basic salary of up to RM25,000, complemented by commission, parking allowance, flexi bonus, and variable bonus. The role offers strong earning potential and the opportunity to drive growth in a high-demand cybersecurity market.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive revenue growth for identity and application security solutions, including Strong Authentication, Single Sign-On, and Identity and Access Management, across enterprise customers in Malaysia.
- Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle within the assigned territory, from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and deal closure.
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with CIOs and senior IT leaders by understanding their business challenges, priorities, and IT roadmaps.
- Develop and execute territory and account strategies to expand market presence, working closely with marketing, sales development, and channel partners.
- Strengthen direct customer engagement and accelerate pipeline growth through executive-level alignment and strategic channel collaborations.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting and maintain strong CRM discipline to support effective planning and reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT software, solutions, and/or services sales, with exposure to engaging C-suite stakeholders within enterprise environments considered an advantage.
- A strong track record as a new-business hunter, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling enterprise security solutions, with added value from exposure to Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders in key accounts.
- Demonstrated success in account management as well as channel sales.
