Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the F&B or food supply industry to expand our client base and manage B2B relationships.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, closing deals, and maintaining strong relationships with restaurant and canteen operators.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach restaurants, cafes, canteens, and food businesses
• Present and promote our ready-to-cook chicken solutions
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Conduct site visits and client meetings
• Handle negotiations, quotations, and closing sales
• Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth delivery
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Attend food expos, networking events, and industry meetups

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in F&B sales / food supply / horeca sales
• Strong network in:
• Restaurants
• Canteens
• Catering companies
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Own transport (preferred)
• Able to work independently and handle field sales

Preferred Candidates

• Experience selling raw materials (chicken, seafood, groceries)
• Previously worked with central kitchens or suppliers
• Existing client base is a strong advantage

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM 2,500 – RM 5,000 (based on experience)

• Field-based (client visits required)

Working Hours

• Flexible (based on client schedule)
• Standard reporting hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
