Description :
- Operational Management:Ensuring smooth daily operations across all assigned locations, maintaining standards, and resolving issues.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:Setting regional goals, developing strategies, and monitoring performance to achieve sales targets.
- Team Leadership:Hiring, training, and motivating store managers and their teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Financial Management:Managing budgets, analyzing financial data, and making decisions to optimize profitability.
- Customer Service:Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, addressing complaints, and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience.
Requirement:
- Prefer candidate from Fashion/Footwear/Chain Store Retailer
- Must have retail experience in managing about 10 stores.
- Willing to travel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
Work Location: In person
