SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in designated dealership.
- Develop sales plans and sales activities to achieve agreed financial target to meet Company expectation for retention growth of market share and profitability.
- Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base and corporate companies in the respective area/market.
- To promote and nurture a customer care culture delivering consistent CSI result in line with the Company expectations.
- Organize, direct and control the activities of sales staff and administrative support team to achieve sales plan and budget.
- Manage a team of Sales Executives and Sales Administrative staff in the dealership. Policy and processes are in place and adhere at all times.
- Ensuring compliance to the Dealer Standard requirement.
- Manage debtors collection by ensuring outstanding debt does not exceed 60 days
RETAIL SALES
1. ACHIEVING RETAIL SALES TARGET
- Produce sales plan (unit and financials) and formulate activities for sales team based on market situation.
- Provide the sales team with individual targets and use management skills to ensure that set targets are achieved.
- Provide coaching and training to sales people to improve their job performance, with particular emphasis on: customer satisfaction, prospecting and customer follow up, sales process, time management, product knowledge and all related items.
- Ensuring pro-active selling is conducted effectively at all times.
- Plan, manage and monitor sales resources according to agreed budget.
- Plan on footprint expansion and tactical sales activities are highly encourage in increasing sales.
- Establish and implement ways to overcome competitor’s effort in generating additional sales volume.
- Generate accurate sales reports and establish action plan to overcome customer issues and loss of sales.
2. SECURING CORPORATE TENDER PROJECTS
- Actively participate in every tender call from corporate companies
- Maintain relationship with the existing account to have better preference for future tender call
- Work closely with direct and indirect superior on sales package to be competitive
3.CORPORATE SALES SUPPORT
- Facilitate communication and activities between branches and MBM
- Organizing corporate sales activities / events with the support from MBM for branches
- Produce action plans, organizing and executing corporate sales marketing activities (internal & external)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
