Description :
- Prepare and serve beverages according to standard recipes.
- Ensure bar setup is complete before service and maintain cleanliness throughout operations.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner to provide excellent service.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, monitor inventory levels, and report shortages.
- Ensure all bar equipment, glassware, and utensils are properly cleaned and stored.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and hotel SOPs at all times.
- Upsell beverages and promote special drinks or promotions when applicable.
- Coordinate with service staff and kitchen to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in closing duties, including stock count and cleaning of the bar area.
