location- Tuanku Jaafar Industrial Park, Sungai Gadut, Seremban
Position: Customer Service Executive
Job Responsibilities:
✅ Reply to customer inquiries on Shopee, TikTok & WhatsApp
✅ Assist customers with product questions and order issues
✅ Follow up on warranty, return & refund cases
✅ Provide friendly and professional customer support
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills
- Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Responsible and willing to learn
Customer service experience is an advantage
Working Hours: Monday – Saturday 8am-5pm rest 1 hour
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM1,900.00 per month
