- ASSIST MANAGEMENT TO ROLL OUT NEW INITIATIVES THROUGHOUT THE COMPANY
- MONITOR PROGRESS OF INITIATIVES AND SUGGEST IMPROVEMENTS
- BUILD TEAMWORK AND MOTIVATE PEERS TO ACHIEVE RESULTS
- PREPARE COMPANY PERFORMANCE REPORTS FOR MANAGEMENT REVIEW
- ENSURE MANAGEMENT TARGETS ARE WELL COMMUNICATED WITH EMPLOYEES AND PROMOTE FREE AND OPEN FEEDBACK CHANNELS FOR CONSTANT IMPROVEMENT
- ASSIST MANAGEMENT ON RESOURCE ALLOCATION AND TALENT DEVELOPMENT
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
