Join Our Team: Receptionist Wanted! Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist cum Housekeeper!
Location: [AnyLodge Waterfront Marina Island Pangkor]
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Manage reservations online & walk-ins, check-ins and check-outs
- Conduct housekeeping and room services
- Handle phone calls and inquiries professionally
- Assist guests with inquiries, complaints, requests, and facilitating their needs.
- Communicate with Houskeeping team for room cleaning
Requirements:
- Available to work shifts, over weekends, and on public holidays.
- Good in writing and speaking in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible & able to work with a team
- Proficient in handling phone and basic computer systems
- Experienced in related field is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
Experience:
- hotel customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

- English (Required)
