Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline or Three (3) years working experience in all aspects of Ground Operations.
- Ability to interact, communicate and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, customers at all levels of management.
- Capable of working independently and work under pressure.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken).
- Willing to work on shift.
Job Function:
- Responsible for general administration of the station which encompasses asset management, administrative and managing human resource activity at station.
- Batik Air Station Manager shall be held responsible to ensure that every aspect of regulatory requirements relating to Safety, Security and Quality are met and complied.
- To maintain safety of operations, level of station compliance to the regulatory requirements and conformance to the policy and procedures is vital for the smooth operations of Batik Air.
