Description :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Account Executive to support our accounting operations. The ideal candidate will assist in processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely preparation of reports.
Requirement:
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
- Process invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and purchase orders.
- Perform data entry for daily accounting transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
- Maintain accurate filing and documentation of financial information.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports and supporting documents for audits.
- Update accounting spreadsheets and databases.
- Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding
- billing and payments.
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting department.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
