Kerja Kosong Business Development Engineer in Petaling Jaya
Description :
- Market Expansion
Identify new markets, clients, and sectors (e.g., semiconductor, biotech, pharma).
Study competitors and industry trends.
- Strategic Partnerships
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and government agencies.
Develop alliances with OEM suppliers and subcontractors.
- Lead Generation
Create pipelines of potential projects.
Network through exhibitions, associations, and business forums.
- Business Strategy
Plan sales targets, pricing strategies, and entry into new industries.
Negotiate contracts at a commercial/strategic level.
- Client Relationship Management
Focus on trust, reputation, and long-term repeat business.
Support clients beyond a single project.
Job requirements:
Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Knowledge of construction and engineering methods, project lifecycles, and engineering terminology, with relevant experience in engineering or building and construction works, HVAC, cleanroom, process utility system.
Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Familiar with tendering processes and procurement systems.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and proposal writing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
