Jawatan Kosong Customer Service Assistant in Ipoh
Description :
Assist customers in whatsapp, via email and over the phone service
Handles customer inquiries, complaints, and provide accurate information about our products and services
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while communicating with customers.
Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Support the customer servie team in daily administrative tasks.
Technical installation and software trouble-shoot
Software Reports designing.
