- Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA)
- Deeds of Assignment
- Discharge of Charge and related documents
- To handle conveyancing files from initial stage until completion under supervision.
- To conduct title searches and related checks at the Land Office and relevant authorities.
- Land Office
- Stamp Office (LHDN)
- Relevant government departments and agencies
- To liaise with clients, banks, developers and relevant parties on conveyancing matters.
- To prepare and follow up on documentation, execution, stamping and registration processes.
- To assist in managing conveyancing files and maintaining proper records.
- To perform any other conveyancing-related duties as assigned by the firm from time to time.
