Description :
- Deliver clean linen, towels, amenities, and housekeeping supplies to assigned floors or rooms.
- Collect soiled linen and transport it to the laundry area according to procedures.
- Replenish housekeeping pantries with necessary supplies.
- Assist room attendants during peak hours or when required.
- Ensure trolleys and storage areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Report any maintenance issues, lost and found items, or unusual situations to the supervisor.
- Handle guest requests politely and promptly, escalating issues when necessary.
- Follow hotel safety, hygiene, and security standards at all times.
- Support other housekeeping duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum requirement : SPM
Preferred: Male
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
