Jawatan Kosong Room Attendant Housekeeping in Melaka
Description :
- Cleaning: Dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, and cleaning windows in guest rooms and public areas.
- Room preparation: Making beds with fresh linens, replacing used towels, and restocking amenities like toiletries, snacks, and beverages.
- Sanitation: Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Maintenance and reporting: Checking that all items, from appliances to furniture, are in good working order and promptly reporting any damages or missing items to the appropriate department.
- Supply management: Restocking their cleaning carts with fresh linens, cleaning supplies, and other guest amenities for the day.
- Customer service: Responding to guest requests, answering basic questions, and maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Security and privacy: Ensuring guest privacy is maintained and rooms are secured.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
