Jawatan Kosong Senior Site Supervisor in Johor Bahru
Description :
We are currently looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Site Supervisor to join our team. Candidates with strong site coordination skills, leadership ability, and construction project experience are encouraged to apply.
Location : Johor Bahru Iskandar puteri
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: Until Project CPC + 30 days
Monday - Saturday 8am - 5pm ( Overtime if necessary )
Minimum Experience: 3 years
Job Description, Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting to: Project Manager / Asst Project Manager / Site Manager
1) To understand the requirement for safety, schedule, cost and quality and support Project Manager to achieve them on all site activities.
2) To ensure the site supervision and coordination of various trade in relation to all the works.
a) To prepare action plan based on site progress and site condition for subordinate and subcontractors.
b) To foresee and plan the start of subsequence works.
3) To monitor the site progress and ensure daily construction activities in accordance to work program.
a) To keep track and report the progress to related department.
4) To implement and ensure compliance in all works relating to technical, quality and Occupational Health and Safety of company.
a) To monitor the workmanship of the work of subcontractors and ensure in compliance to project quality requirement.
5) To control the use of materials, general workers and machineries to avoid wastage.
a) To keep record and update the delivery of materials, and the use of materials by subcontractors, in accordance to allocated quantity.
b) To ensure the inspection of the quality of material delivered to site.
c) To supervise all general workers and ensure work done in accordance to time given.
d) To utilize the usage of machineries optimally for all works.
6) To report to the superior of any nonconformance’s for corrective action requests for subcontractors and suppliers.
7) To carry out site survey such as level survey and setting out.
8) To ensure the smooth control of logistic of the project site.
9) To prepare Daily Site Report and to assist to prepare Progress Report.
10) To check all construction drawings (hardcopy and AutoCad file) for discrepancy.
11) To issue construction drawings to subcontractors of all trades and ensure latest version used for construction.
12) To prepare the various work method of statement when required.
13) To liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities for continual good relationship.
14) To ensure the execution of site COVID-19 SOP in compliance to relevant authorities requirements.
15) To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
