Kerja Kosong Chatbot Business Analyst Intern MY Operations in Kuala Lumpur
Description :
The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:- Perform data analysis to uncover gaps and improvement areas in chatbot performance and KPIs
- Assist in designing conversational flows with conditional logic to enhance chatbot solutions (training and guidance provided)
- Support the implementation of chatbot solution enhancements
- Perform ad-hoc problem solving to address chatbot-related issues
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science and AI relevant disciplines
- Fresh graduates within 6 months of graduating will also be considered
- Strong business acumen
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both English and BM
- Self-motivated & has the passion to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to learn fast, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Able to commit to a 3-6 months internship
