Jawatan Kosong KITCHEN COMMIS PASTRY in Kuching
Description :
- Preparing, measure and mix ingredients for pastries, cakes, breads and other baked goods according to recipes and chef's instructions
- Assist in shaping, baking, decorating, and plating desserts with precision and creativity
- Maintain highest standards of hygiene and food safety in line with HACCP guidelines
- Operate and care for pastry equipment such as mixer and ovens
- Support Pastry Chef in daily mise en place and ensure pastry section is clean, organized and well stocked
- Monitor ingredient stock, ensure proper handling of kitchen tools & equipment
- Knowledge of Pastry techniques, baking and kitchen safety
- Ability to work in fast- paced, team-oriented environment
Pay: RM1,720.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
