We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Branch Supervisor to join our new team in the Detailing Auto Bath division.
Jobscope/ responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation Before, During & After of the Branch document -operation (e.g., Opening, Operation Hours & Closing ).
- Ensure cleanliness and readiness of the floor and shop for customers
- Support the technicians in daily operations to meet delivery deadlines.
- Monitor stock levels for inventory materials, tools, and consumables.
- Handle stock-in and stock-out records and alert for low inventory.
- Coordinate with HQ for stock orders as directed.
- Assist with vehicle movement within the premises (parking, sending for inspection, etc.).
- Collect and deliver stocks, tools, or customer vehicles when necessary.
- Support internal movement of work orders between departments.
- Report daily activities and highlight any issues to the owner or manager.
- To maintain Company SOP, Best Practice and Policy for Branch Operation.
Requirements :
- Minimum SKM L3, Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in autodetailing, retail supervision is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of vehicle care and coating processes preferred.
- Physically fit and able to handle hands-on tasks.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Possess a valid driving license (motor & car).
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Good leadership, teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet production deadlines.
