Job Description
1. Key in expenses based on documents provided.2. Handle administrative matters.
3. Issue invoices and official receipts.
4. Issue Purchase Orders.
5. Prepare payment vouchers and match with purchase invoices.
6. File and organise documents.
7. Perform other simple duties as assigned.
8. Better if willing to become permanent staff in the future.
Part-time position
- Hourly rate: RM10/hour (Flexible working hours between 10am – 10pm, minimum 4 hours per day)
- Full day at office (8 hours): RM100
- Monday to Friday only
- Minimum commitment: at least 3 days per week
- Weekly payment
