Location:

• Bandar Medini, Nusa Jaya, Johor a fast-developing city that offers a variety of opportunities.
• (FREE shuttle bus service provided – Skudai, Tampoi, Larkin Sentral, Bukit Indah, Taman Universiti, Gelang Patah, Nusa Height, City Square)

Job Scope:

• Handling inbound calls/emails/live chat regarding customer's general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other issues related to the company's products
• Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with their Grab services, payment issues, Grab orders, Grab Apps, etc.

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
• SPM/SKM level 3 and Fresh Graduates are welcomed to start their first career in a call center - Full Training Provided

Salary Package:

• Basic Salary: RM2,100
• KPI/Attendance allowance: RM400
• Shift Allowance: RM300
• Salary: Up to RM 2,800 per month (including allowances)

Working Hours:

• Monday to Sunday (6 days working & 1 day off on rotation)
• 9 hours working a day (inclusive of 1 hour break)

Job Type:

• Contract (24 months)
